Mean Green Strength and Conditioning

The Mean Green strength and conditioning program moved into its brand new 7,000 square foot weight room in the spring of 2005. The increased space has been filled with new racks and benches, allowing more Mean Green athletes to complete workouts with state-of-the-art machines.

The staff utilize the twelve Power Lift Multi-Purpose Racks, 12 In-Laid Olympic Platforms, Thirty-plus Hammer Strength machines and over 16,000 pounds of weights to help the athletes reach their potential athletically and then push them over the top to exceed even their own expectations. The strength and conditioning program has also helped to drastically reduce injuries as well as speed up recovery time during rehabilitation.
