Karli Langehennig joined the Mean Green as the Assistant Director of Compliance in June of 2024. In her current role she assists with all day-to-day responsibilities of the compliance office.

Prior to the Mean Green, Karli spent two years at Iowa State University as the Compliance Coordinator, where she was responsible for recruiting and personnel for all 14 varsity sports.

Before Iowa State, she spent one year as a Graduate Assistant for Texas Tech Compliance and 4 years as the Head Manager for Texas Tech Women’s Basketball.

Langehennig completed her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech in 2020 studying Sport Management and finished her Master of Science in Sport Management from Texas Tech in 2022.
