Haylee Bocca was hired as Director of Business Operations in March of 2025.

In her role, Bocca coordinates and reconciles all team travel, oversees travel contracts for squad and staff, while also assisting sports/department with travel planning in preparation for the annual budgeting process. She also creates purchase orders and requisitions to process payments for services such as bus invoices, charter flights, commerce cards, and inter-university recruiting travel expenses. She oversees hotel contract processing and serves as the point person for Shorts Travel.

In her time at North Texas, Bocca has served as the point person to help guide the department through system and financial transitions, including the migration from Concur to Coupa and the shift in banking operations from Citibank to U.S. Bank.

Prior to her time at UNT, Bocca worked in the business office at her Alma Mater Texas State.

She graduated from Texas State with a Bachelor of Business Administration in May of 2023.

Bocca is engaged to her fiancée, Jaylen, who serves in active duty in the US Air Force. She also has an identical twin sister, Grace, who is a registered behavioral technician.
