DENTON, Texas - North Texas volleyball coach Ken Murczek made a splash with his first full signing class, inking four players that appeared on this year's Under Armour Girls' High School All-America Volleyball Watch List.
The talented four-pack includes three standouts from the Lone Star State, and a three-time state champion from Kansas City, Mo. They join a North Texas program that is playing for its first Sun Belt West Division title since 2006, and is rewriting the school record books with each match.
"Obviously, we are incredibly excited about such a talented class coming in," Murczek said. "We set out lofty goals for our program and I believe that these ladies will definitely help us accomplish each of them. All four of these players have experienced winning at every level that they have been a part of, and they all possess outstanding character."
