The championship game of the volleyball championship will also be carried on the Sun Belt Conference's regional television network.

North Texas enters the Sun Belt Conference Tournament on a five-match winning streak and as the No. 5 seed among the eight-team bracket. The Mean Green finished the regular season as the second-place team in the league’s West Division for the third time in the last four years.

North Texas will catch No. 4 Arkansas-Little Rock in the first round of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament. If the Mean Green defeat the Trojans, it will play the winner of No. 1 Western Kentucky/No. 8 Troy on Saturday in the semifinals.
