North Texas 2013

  • Finished second on the team in attacks (701) and third in kills (240)
  • Finished second on the team in total points on the season
  • Played in all 32 matches and started 22
  • Set a career high kills (20) and attacks (44) at Idaho

North Texas 2012

  • Made an immediate impact for North Texas across the board with 126 kills and 61 blocks including a seven-block outing against Eastern Michigan
  • Started in 25 matches for the Mean Green and saw action in 110 sets
  • Finished the year strong with 15 attacks per match over the last eight contests
  • Recorded a season-high 11 digs twice at ULM and vs. UALR
  • Posted a season-high nine kills twice at UTA and vs. UALR
  • Knocked in her lone service ace against UMES at the Alabama State Tournament

South Carolina 2011

  • Piled up 116 kills and 123 digs for South Carolina last season
  • Played in 72 sets for USC last year, and ranked third on the team with .10 services aces per set and she was among the defensive leaders with 1.71 digs per set
  • Hit .433 while landing 15 kills against Winthrop, which ties for the second most by a South Carolina player in 2011
  • Also posted a dozen kills against Alabama, Charleston and Temple
  • On the defensive side of the ball, Forst tallied four double-digit dig outings, including a career-best 15 against Charleston

High School/Club

  • Was a key part of the St. James Academy volleyball dynasty in Kansas City that culminated in a 44-1 record and the program's third straight Kansas state 4A championship
  • Teamed up with current North Texas setter Liz Powell and Kansas City Power Volleyball Club to win the 2009 USA Volleyball Junior Olympic Open 16 national championship
  • At St. James, she posted 475 kills, nearly five per set, while hitting .446 and adding 255 digs during her senior campaign which ended in her winning the Evelyn Gates Award, given to the best volleyball player in the Kansas City area
  • The three-time All-State honoree was even named the school's homecoming queen as a senior
  • As a junior, Forst made the All-Sun Volleyball and Kansas Volleyball Association 4A All-State first teams, while making the All Star-Metro second team
  • A second-team KVA All-State player as a sophomore, her Thunder team went 129-6 over the past three seasons
