Tennis Moves Indoors Sunday, Takes On Lamar
DENTON, Texas - North Texas Tennis returns to the Metroplex for the first time since February 7 on Sunday morning when it takes on Lamar University at 10 a.m.
Due to inclement weather, the match will be moved indoors to Las Colinas Country Club in Las Colinas, Texas. A link to the map is embedded below.
The Mean Green (7-5) is coming off of a weekend split in Atlanta, where it lost to No. 29 Georgia Tech 6-1 before defeating formerly ranked Georgia State 5-2.

"We've been road warriors for most of the season," said head coach Sujay Lama. "It is going to be nice to be playing at home for the next few weeks. We have talked about building on all the positives from our last two matches and getting on a roll. That is what we want to do starting with a tough Lamar team."
Sophomore Paula Dinuta put up her biggest weekend of the season last week, recording a 3-1 record, including a perfect 2-0 in singles.
Dinuta nabbed the only point North Texas scored against Georgia Tech when she defeated Elizabeth Kilborn 6-2, 6-2.
Sunday's match marks the first of six straight home matches, including two Sun Belt foes (Louisiana-Lafayette and Denver) and culminating with No. 44 Rice April 11. All home matches are free of charge.
