The North Texas tennis team hosts Miami University in their first home match at the Warranch Tennis Complex, Saturday, Feb. 15, at Noon.
“We have had a solid, hard-working week of practice,” said associate head coach Jeff Hammond. “It is our first home match of the year and we are looking forward to playing with a lot of Mean Green pride.”
After five weekends on the road, the Mean Green welcomes the 4-1 RedHawks after its loss last weekend to the University of Houston. Miami is coming off a split-decision in match play last weekend, and this will be their first outdoor match of the season.
The Mean Green head back on the road to Tulsa, Okla. where they will take on Conference USA foe Tulsa Saturday Feb. 21, and Kansas State Sunday, Feb. 22.
