Head coach Joe Dykstra was honored as the 2008 Sun Belt Conference Women's Swimming Coach of the Year following a season in which the Mean Green set school records in all 19 swimming events.

This year’s squad is continuing the success of last year by competing against schools such as Texas A&M, SMU, TCU, and Houston.

North Texas is swimming and diving at New Orleans this Friday, October 24, marking the first Sun Belt dual meet of the season for both schools.
