Q: How does Denton differ from your hometown?
A: I come from a really big city with many attractions and also from a swimming community where everyone knows each other pretty well.
Q: Who or what got you into the sport?
A: My sister got me swimming for a summer league and then a friend suggested that I should swim for her club competitively when I was around 12, when swimming for my middle school team.
Q: What is favorite event to compete in?
A: 100, 200 free
Q: What event do you hope to never compete in?
A: 200 breast, 400 IM, 200 fly
Q: What are you looking forward to most about the upcoming season?
A: I really want to be a leader on the team and represent North Texas well in swimming and in academics.
Q: What is your favorite sport to watch during the Olympics?
A: Swimming, running (sprints), gymnastics, winter hockey, mogul & downhill skiing, speed skating
Q: Who is your team family?
Q: Do you have a hidden (or not so hidden) talent?
A: Braiding hair, baking cupcakes/ cakes and doing nice designs with icing
Q: If you could trade places with one person, who would it be and why?
A: Rachel McAdams because she’s really pretty, a good actress and also because she’s Canadian!
