DENTON, Texas - The Mean Green (28-19, 12-8 C-USA) looks to get back on track on the road against a tough foe in 17th-ranked Baylor on Tuesday night at 6 p.m.

The game will be broadcasted live on FOX Sports Southwest Plus in the DFW market and across Texas.

The Mean Green split with Baylor when they last faced each other in Denton in 2013. Senior pitcher Ashley Kirk tossed one of her best performances in game one, an outing that helped the Mean Green claw its way to a 5-3 victory over the Bears.

Despite suffering a sweep at the hands of FIU in its last outing, North Texas still holds the third seed in the upcoming Conference USA tournament in Boca Raton, Fla., with one C-USA series left, a weekend swing against 18th-ranked Tulsa.
