FOX Sports To Televise Game One At Marshall On Saturday at 11 a.m.

Foster is second in Conference USA with 35 runs scored this season.

DENTON, Texas - Mean Green softball (24-15, 9-5 C-USA) will see the first game of its three-game swing at Marshall televised nationally on FOX Sports (FOX Sports Southwest Plus in the DFW market) on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. CST.

"This is an opportunity to show all of our hard work and the progress our team and this program has made this season," senior Jackie Miller said. "It's a chance for people to get to know the Mean Green program a little better."

Senior Brooke Foster, who recently was featured in an feature, enters the game batting .351 on the year. With 209 hits, she sits two hits away from moving into third on the North Texas career hits list. 

As a unit, NT has been explosive and is second in conference in both scoring and batting average (.296). The Mean Green is also outscoring opponents 46-22 in the first inning. 

In the circle, senior ace pitcher Ashley Kirk is first in C-USA in wins with 16 and second in the league in strikeouts with 155.
