The Mean Green played a combined 19 innings against ULL in the opening doubleheader. North Texas lost back-to-back extra-inning games to the Ragin' Cajuns. It is the second time this season that North Texas has played two extra-inning games in the same day. In the three games vs. ULL, North Texas scored 14 runs, which is the most that the Mean Green has scored against the Ragin' Cajuns in a three-game series.
