HONOLULU, Hawaii- The North Texas woman's golf team returned to tournament action Tuesday in the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational in Hawaii. The team shot an identical 311 in both of the first two rounds putting them in ninth place at 46 over-par and 20 shots off the lead. The field includes two top-25 teams in No. 12 Texas A&M and No. 24 UC Davis.
Individually leading the way for the Mean Green in round one was Senior Jacey Chun who recorded four birdies, starting off the tournament at four over-par. She would struggle in round two by only finding one birdie to go along with six bogeys. Currently Chun sits tied for 40th.

She finished round one at eight over-par and round two at nine over.
