Kwon And Chrismer Lead NT At Final Day In Utah

ST GEORGE, Utah – Eji Kwon and Chaslyn Chrismer fought through the difficult conditions to give the North Texas women’s golf team the two lowest individual scores at the final day of the BYU at Entrada Classic. Kwon and Chrismer both finished tied for 35th place after shooting scores of 78 and 79.

The Snow Canyon course kept scores over par for the entire field. Not one player in the field of 84 was able to break par for the tournament.

Kwon shot a third-round score of 6-over par while Chrismer had a 7-over par score of 79. Taylor Kilponen finished in a tie for 48th place after shooting a final round of 86. Laura DeLeonardis shot a third-round of 85 while Brooke Bailey finished with a 92.

North Texas as a team finished in 12th place after shooting a third-round score of 328. Minnesota stormed from behind to capture the team title.

North Texas is back in action on April 4-6 at the SMU Invitational.
