Up next: North Texas plays its last game before Christmas with a game this Saturday, December 22, at Tulane. Game time is 7 p.m.

North Texas blocked four shots in the first half, one shy of their game high for the season. The Mean Green had five blocks against Louisiana-Lafayette. North Texas finished Tuesday's game with a season-high six shot blocks.

Senior Sara Stanley had a season-high 16 points Tuesday night, 12 of them coming in the second half to fuel North Texas rally to overturn a halftime deficit. Stanley's previous game-high this year was 14 against St. Bonaventure.

Alexis Hyder was again in double figures with 10 rebounds, but came up two points of her third double-double of the season.

Wardrobe malfunction: early in the second half, a UTA player went to check in the game and peeled off her warmup, only to discover she had no uniform underneath. Fortunately, she was wearing a t-shirt so there was no overexposure, but she was unable to enter the game. And she got an earful of laughter from teammates.
