DENTON — Shortly after the 2014-15 North Texas women's basketball schedule was released, television executives began evaluating matchups to be featured on their networks this season. At this point, we are pleased to announce that two Mean Green games have been selected for broadcast thus far.

First off, the Super Pit will get some air time, as the Sunday December 7 home tilt with Big XII program Oklahoma will be shown on Fox Sports Network. The game now begins at 11 a.m. to comply with television schedule. Fans can check their local listings for more information on how to access Fox Sports Network.

Head coach Sherri Coale enters her 19th season at the helm of the Sooners, she sits on a 399-194 career coaching record. Meanwhile, senior guard Sharane Campbell-Olds, who averaged 12.6 points last season, is Oklahoma's best returning player.

In addition, the New Year's Eve matchup in College Station against Texas A&M will be a digitally exclusive SEC Network + event, beginning at 4 p.m.

SEC Network + showcases over 550 digital-only events. SEC Network + is only available through WatchESPN via the WatchESPN app and on www.SECNetwork.com. Fans must sign in with their credentials from a participating TV provider to access SEC Network +.

The Aggies return 10 of their top 11 scorers from last season, when the team went 27-9 and advanced to the Elite Eight before losing to eventual National Champion UConn. The duo of junior forward Courtney Williams and junior guard Courtney Walker lead the way for Texas A&M.

If additional braodcast opportunities arise for the 2014-15 season, the Mean Green would be notified of those games in the coming weeks.
