For the second-straight game against North Texas, UALR was unable to get its offense on track in the first half. The Mean Green held the Trojans to 17 two weeks earlier in Little Rock and 21 in the first half Saturday, coming on the heels of UALR's 47-point opening half against Florida Atlantic this past Wednesday.

After giving up 21 offensive rebounds in consecutive games, North Texas shut down the opponent's second-chance opportunities, allowing UALR just nine offensive boards.

Saturday's game was the 14th this season in which freshman Alexis Hyder has scored in double digits.

North Texas was short-handed again Saturday, with injuries leaving coach Mike Petersen with only an eight-player squad. Four North Texas players played more than 35 minutes, lead by Sara Stanley who played all 40 minutes.
