Nov. 14, 2016

DENTON - Three of the four former Mean Green players in the National Football League were in action in Week 10, as linebackers Zach Orr (Baltimore Ravens) Craig Robertson (New Orleans Saints), and running back Lance Dunbar (Dallas Cowboys) each saw playing time this week for their respective teams, while fullback Jamize Olawale of the Oakland Raiders enjoyed his bye week.

Robertson's Saints dropped a tough one at home, 25-23 to the Denver Broncos (7-3). Robertson, recorded his first sack of the year, on his way to nine total tackles (four solo). He remained in the top 10 in the NFL in tackles, and is now tied for seventh with 81 on the season. The Saints now travel to Charlotte for a key divisional battle with the 3-6 Carolina Panthers at 7:25 p.m. CT on NFL Network on Thursday Night Football.

The Ravens picked up their second straight win to move to 5-4 with another home win over divisional foe Cleveland, 28-7 last Thursday. Orr posted four total tackles (three solo) and is now tied for 12th in the league in that category with 77. Baltimore travels to the red-hot Dallas Cowboys (8-1) on CBS at noon p.m. on Sunday, as the Ravens look to end the Cowboys' NFL-best eight-game win streak.

Dunbar saw action for the second straight week for the 8-1 Cowboys, as Dallas knocked off the Pittsburgh Steelers (4-5) on the road, 35-30 at Heinz Field. Dunbar did not record any stats on Sunday. Dallas returns home this week to host Orr and the 5-4 Baltimore Ravens at noon on CBS at AT&T Stadium.

Olawale's Raiders were off last week with their bye and return to action on Monday Night Football when 7-2 Oakland hosts the 6-3 Houston Texans on ESPN at 7:30 from Mexico City.
