Football Single-Game Tickets Now On Sale

Aug. 4, 2017

DENTON – Single-game tickets for the 2017 Mean Green football season are on sale now.

For 2017, North Texas is introducing variable pricing, in which prices are based on the opponent and the special events around the game, such as homecoming.

Single-game tickets start as low as $15 for standard games and $20 for premium games and can be purchased online. Fans can also take advantage of the lowest cost per game by purchasing season tickets, which are available now for as low as $10 per game.

"We are committed to provide our fans with an affordable product while continuing to evolve our strategies in line with industry standards," Vice President and director of athletics Wren Baker said. "It is important for us as a department to be transparent in this process. In addition to our individual ticket options, we also want to encourage our fans to purchase season tickets so that they can visit beautiful Apogee Stadium throughout the entire season."

Variable pricing models are utilized throughout the country in collegiate and professional sports. North Texas’ football tickets are among the most affordable in Dallas/Fort Worth and in Conference USA. North Texas' 2017 prices are equal or lower than those from 2014.

The Mean Green open the season at home on Saturday, Sept. 2, against Lamar at 6 p.m.

For more information and to puchase tickets online, visit the North Texas ticket website at or call the ticket office at 940-565-2527 or 800-868-2366.
