DENTON, Texas- North Texas has announced game times for its six home football games in the 2010 season. The six home games will include two televised games and the Fouts Field Finale against Kansas State on November 27.
The Mean Green will kickoff the final season at Fouts Field versus Rice at 6 p.m. on September 11. The Sun Belt Conference home opener against Louisiana-Lafayette will start at 6:30 p.m. and be shown on the Sun Belt Network on October 2. The following Saturday, the Mean Green will host Arkansas State at 6 p.m.
North Texas will play its second televised home game against FIU on October 16 at 6:30 p.m. on the Sun Belt Network. The Mean Green will close its Sun Belt Conference home slate versus Troy at 6 p.m. on November 6.
The Fouts Field Finale will kick at 3 p.m. as North Texas will host Kansas State.
Additionally, two North Texas road games will be televised. The season opener at Clemson will be shown on ESPNU at 2:30 p.m. on September 4, and the Army game on September 18 will be shown by CBS College Sports at 11 a.m. The game time at Western Kentucky has also been announced. That game will kickoff at 2 p.m. on October 30.
