2007 North Texas Football Fan Guide

"I want this program to be the team of the North Texas region. It is not just representing the University of North Texas, it is representing the Denton community and the entire North Texas region. This will be a team everyone in this area can be proud of and we hope that their support will follow." Head Coach Todd Dodge

From the spread offensive set of Head Coach Todd Dodge to the numerous opportunities for fan involvement through season tickets and showing your Mean Green Pride, North Texas Football...Its Wide Open!

Coach Dodge arrived at the Mean Green Athletic Center in late December following four state titles. Already in a hurry-up offense, he quickly assembled a talented coaching staff and began pursuit of his first recruiting class. With only a month to pull it off, Dodge landed what he referenced as a truly special class consisting exclusively of Dallas Fort Worth and Texas high school talent. Dodges wide open attack moved forward with the evaluation of his returning players during a rigorous off-season conditioning program. Spring practice was a productive feeling-out process for both the coaches and players and was highlighted when an unprecedented crowd of more than 5,000 attended the Green & White Game!

Season Ticketing options for North Texas Football are also wide open! Season tickets and a donation to the Mean Green Club provide you priority seating, parking, and hospitality privileges. By joining the Mean Green Club and purchasing season tickets you're not only close to the action in the stadium, but you're close to all the pre-game tailgating festivities that take place on Game Day @ North Texas. Other season ticket options start at just $70. North Texas Lettermen, parents of incoming freshmen, and university faculty & staff can reserve seats for as little as $50, and the Family Fun Pack including 4 tickets, food and drink for all five home games is just $200.
