Football Season Tickets Go On Sale Tuesday
Mean Green To Play Six Home Games In 2018
DENTON - Season tickets for the 2018 Mean Green football campaign will go on sale Tuesday, Jan. 30, through the North Texas Athletics Ticket Office.
North Texas, coming off a nine-win season and its second-consecutive bowl berth, will play a six-game home schedule in 2018, and season tickets will be available for as little as $65 for general admission to $200 for premium reserved seats.
The Mean Green will open against Metroplex-rival SMU on Saturday, Sept. 1, at Apogee Stadium, followed by a second non-conference home game on Sept. 8 against Incarnate Word. North Texas will also host four Conference USA opponents at Apogee, including a rematch with 2017 C-USA champion Florida Atlantic.
Apogee Stadium's seating sections on the west side of the stadium have new designations. The former Priority Reserved 1 sections are now designated Scholarship Premium; Priority Reserved 2 sections are now Scholarship Sideline; and Sideline Reserved sections are Scholarship Red Zone.
The Young Alumni section will be available in the first five rows of the east side of Apogee for UNT graduates from 2014-18.
Families can once again take advantage of the Family Zone, which offers season tickets for $65 each (minimum purchase of four).
Beginning Tuesday, new season-ticket purchases and season-ticket renewals can be made online at the North Texas Ticket Office website, by phone at 940-565-2527 or 800-868-2366, or in person at the Ticket Office located at Apogee Stadium's Gate 2 on the west side of the stadium.
