• All-Conference USA Honorable Mention
• Recorded 57 total tackles (36 solo) with a team-high four interceptions, a sack, two forced fumbles, two tackles for loss and four pass break-ups in 13 appearances, all of which were starts at corner
• Made five tackles (two solo) on 12/27 vs. Army in the Zaxby's Heart of Dallas Bowl
• Posted four stops at UTEP on 11/26
• Earned C-USA Defensive Player of the Week honors when he intercepted a pair of passes, recorded six tackles (three solo), forced a fumble, had a pass break-up and a tackle for loss in the win on 11/19 vs. Southern Miss

• Brooks was rated a three-star prospect by ESPN.com.
• Named to the 2014 ETSN.fm East Texas Football Super Team Second-Team.
• He played offense and defense his senior season and was a second-team All-District 16-5A selection at the utility position.
• He ran for 289 yards and six touchdowns while throwing for 751 yards and five touchdowns.
• On defense Brooks had 41 tackles, three interceptions, six PBSs and one defensive touchdown.
• On offense for the year Brooks had 1,040 yards of total offense.
• Was a team captain.
• As a junior, Brooks was a first-team All-District 16-4A selection at safety when he intercepted four passes and had 53 tackles.
