Head coach Seth Littrell announced the addition of Luke Walerius as the football program’s director of recruiting on January 31, 2018. Walerius previously served as a recruiting assistant for two seasons at Kentucky under head coach Mark Stoops.

Walerius worked directly with the Kentucky coaching staff in all aspects of recruiting, including talent evaluation. Prior to his two seasons as a recruiting assistant, the Alexandria, Kentucky, native served three seasons as a student assistant in the Wildcats’ recruiting office. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree in sport leadership, also from Kentucky.
