2015: • Hauled in eight passes for 193 yards vs. Rice, the 10th most single-game receiving yards in school history and his fourth career 100-yard receiving game • Connected with quarterback Andrew McNulty for a 93-yard touchdown pass vs. Rice, a career-long and the third-longest play in school history • Moved into fifth place in school history with 155 career receptions after grabbing eight catches vs. Rice • Completed a six-yard touchdown pass to Chris Loving in the second quarter against Iowa, the first scoring pass by a non-quarterback for North Texas since 2005, when Patrick Cobbs connected on a 33-yard touchdown pass

2012: • Was the fourth-leading receiver as a freshman last season • Recorded the most receiving yards by a freshman since 2009 with 263 yards • Had a 100-yard receiving game when he made eight catches for 128 yards against ULM • In the final five games of the year, Harris averaged 52.6 yards a game receiving and just under four catches a game • Made four catches for 52 yards against Arkansas State in his first career start • Made his first career catch at MTSU, which went for a touchdown.
High School: • A versatile athlete in high school, Harris rushed for over 1,700 yards at Frisco High School • Named the Dallas Morning News Player of the Week for September 12 after rushing for 446 yards and seven touchdowns in a game • Finished the season with 1,722 yards rushing and 21 touchdowns • Had two receiving touchdowns and finished the year with a total of 24 TD's • As a junior Harris rushed for 713 yards and eight touchdowns, had 10 receptions for 82 yards, and threw for 201 yards and three touchdowns • In 2009 Harris was the District 9-4A Sophomore of the Year • Son of Carlos Harris and Amesiah Thomas • Born on November 9, 1993.
