DENTON, Texas – After battling the Sun Belt’s toughest road swing at Western Kentucky and Middle Tennessee, North Texas returns home to face Troy in a rematch of the 2010 SBC Tournament title game.

Tip off is slated for 7 p.m. at the Super Pit, and all of the action can be heard on the Mean Green Radio Network.

No two teams in the Sun Belt take care of the ball like Troy and North Texas. The Trojans average an SBC-best 9.9 turnovers per game, and the Mean Green isn’t far behind in second place at 12.6.

As always, the 3-pointer is a major part of the Trojans arsenal. Troy is the only team in the Sun Belt that has attempted over 300 three-pointers (324), and a league-high 38.5 percent of their shots come from deep. Troy is hitting just 31.2 percent from 3-point, which ranks ninth in the SBC.

The 3-ball could come in handy for the Mean Green, who has seen increased production from freshman Clarke Overlander. The Argyle product has hit two of his last four shot from deep after starting the year on a 2-for-25 slump.
