North Texas vs. UTA notes (11/28/12) -

- NT's 15 steals are the most by a Mean Green team since it had 20 against UT Permian Basin on Dec. 28, 2005.

- Alzee Williams led the team in the first half with 10 points. He was 4-of-4 from the field. He recorded his fourth game this season in double-figures. He finished with a team-high 14 points.

- Tony Mitchell posted his seventh game in double-figures with 12 points.

- Roger Franklin was one rebound shy of a double-double for a second time this season. He fouled out for the first time this season, finishing with 11 points and nine rebounds. It was his third game in double-figures this season.

- North Texas shot 31 percent from the field, tying its lowest shooting performance of the season. The Mean Green shot 31 percent in the opening loss against Creighton.

- The 59 points scored was the lowest since North Texas scored 51 points against Creighton.

- North Texas committed a season-high 16 turnovers.

- North Texas made four 3-pointers in the first half but went 0-13 in the second half.
