Posted 967 total minutes and just missed becoming the second player in NT history to top the 1,000 minute mark in back-to-back seasons (Josh White: '09, '10, '11). Ranked fourth at NT and 19th in the Sun Belt with 11.1 points per game. 73.1 free throw mark ranked 14th in the SBC. Posted 20 double-digit scoring performances, including 13 of the season's final 14 games. Season-high 20 points and career-best eight rebounds against Lehigh. Joined Jordan Williams as the only NT guards to shoot over 40.0 percent on the year (42.6). Has hit exactly five 3-pointers in each of his first three seasons at NT (5-of-17 in '12-13). 2011-12 Led the league with 35.6 minutes per Sun Belt Conference game, and his 1,018 total minutes rank eighth in NT history. Averaged 15.8 points per game over the last 10 games of the year, which included 29 (MTSU) and 25 (UALR) point outings. Shot 51.6 percent from the floor in the SBC Tournament and scored a team-high-tying 14.0 ppg. Ended the year with 10 straight double-figure games. Hit the game-winning overtime tip-in against Denver. NT's go-to free throw shooter at 78.8 percent (78-of-99). Team-high 30 career starts (all in '11-12). 18 double-figure games. Then career & game high 17 points at Texas.
2010-11 Redshirted the 2010-11 season after sustaining a knee injury prior to the season opener.
2009-10 Averaged 7.6 minutes per game spelling point guard Josh White, and as a defensive specialist. Went 9-16 from the floor, 4-6 from 3-point and had seven rebounds and 25 points over the final eight games. Made key defensive stop in win over FIU. Exploded for a career-high 12 points on 5-of-5 shooting in NT's win over FAU. Poured in seven points in seven minutes at Houston Baptist, and had three rebounds and two steals. Has five point outings vs UT Arlington and Jackson State, and four points in seven minutes versus Southeastern Louisiana. Tallied an assist and a block at UALR.
Mississippi Elite Christian Academy/Lincoln High School Honed his shooting game at Mississippi Elite Christian Academy, averaging over 20 points per game. Dropped a career-high 36 points on Laurinburg Prep. Was the District 13-4A Most Valuable Player as a senior at Lincoln High School in Dallas. Ranked by Texashoops.com as the No. 117th best player in the class of `08. Selected the Dallas Morning News' High School Player of the Week on Jan. 13, 2008. Averaged 17.3 points per game, which ranked second in the district and 17th in the DFW area. Connected on 37 three-pointers, and also averaged 3.3 rebounds per game and 2.8 assists per game as a senior. Anchored a Lincoln defense that allowed just 51.8 points per game.
