North Texas 2013-14 In C-USA play, Walton ranked 5th in the league with a 40.4 3-point percentage. Shot 42.4 percent from 3-point over the year's final 14 games. In five career conference tournament games at NT, Walton averaged 14.8 points on 43.3 percent shooting from 3-point. Led all North Texas players with a plus/minus of +75. Tallied 10 double-digit scoring performances, including five of the year's final six games. Landed 96 career 3-pointers on 36.2 percent. Posted career-high 20 points in senior night performance against Tulsa. Was 4-of-6 from 3-point for a team-high 14 points in the win over UC Riverside. Shot 41.7 percent from deep in the four-game span to close out non-conference play. Posted career-highs in rebounds (8) and steals (4) in the season opening win.
North Texas 2012-13 Took a redshirt after suffering a foot injury one minute into the season opener at Creighton.
North Texas 2011-12 Just missed the single season top-10 list for 3-pointers in a season with 54. Shot 46.2 percent from 3-point in the Sun Belt Tournament. Hit the game-winning 3-pointer with 8.3 seconds left in the quarterfinal win over Louisiana-Lafayette (game-high 16 points). Ranked 6th in the SBC with 2.1 3-pointers per league game, and 11th with 41.0 3-point percentage. Was 32-of-76 (42.1 percent) from 3-point over the season's final 15 games. Team season-high five 3-pointers at ULM. 14 double-figure games, including a career-high 19 points at Arkansas State. Started 17 games. Returned home to L.A. and tallied 14 points against La Sierra, and was named the LMU Classic Player of the Game.
Casper College Finished his career ranked No. 14 on the Casper College career scoring charts with 892 points. Was a Region IX All-Tournament selection as both a freshman and sophomore. Attended the JUCO Top 120 Camp in Tulsa. Averaged 14.8 points per game as a sophomore, and added 3.9 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game. Landed 70 three-pointers on 35.2 percent shooting from deep. A defensive presence as well, Walton added 35 steals in 2010-11. As a freshman, Walton averaged 11.3 points per game and shot 36 percent from 3-point. Led the Thunderbirds to a 24-9 record and claimed a Region IX championship.
Compton King-Drew High School Averaged 14.8 points and 6.9 rebounds per game as a senior in 2008-09. Developed a reputation as a ball handler with averages if 2.0 assists and 1.7 steals per game. Posted eight double-doubles. Was McDonald's All-America nominee.
