DENTON, Texas - Mean Green track & field will host the North Texas Open and North Texas Classic Friday and Saturday the first two of three events to be held at Fouts Field this outdoor season.

With several national marks posted last weekend at the TCU Horned Frog Invitational, the Mean Green are looking to best those marks and take another step forward towards a Sun Belt Conference Champion.

Meet Information Can Be Found Here

On the men's side, North Texas features the reigning Sun Belt Conference Track Athlete of the Week in Steven White, who ranks No. 1 in the SBC and No. 11 in the nation in the 200-meter dash, as well as the top-ranked 4 x 400-meter relay in the conference and No. 5 in the nation.
