-Named C-USA Freshman of the Year after earning first place at the C-USA Outdoor Championships in Javelin
-Broke the school record in Javelin at the C-USA Outdoor Championships with a throw of 49.39 meters
-Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary round in Javelin (Placed 24th)
-Finished with four first-place finishes in Javelin (C-USA Outdoor Championships, Baylor Invitational, Bobcat Classic, Texas Relays)
-Threw a season-best 39.13 meters in the hammer throw at the Baylor Invitational
-Placed sixth in the Discus Throw at the John Jacobs Invitational with a season-best throw of 36.63 meters
-During indoors, threw a season-best 11.03 meters in the shot put at the Collegiate Indoor meet, placing 17th
-Finished 32nd in Weight Throw at the C-USA Indoor Championships with a season-best mark of 12.50 meters

-Was a multi-sport athlete at Alamogordo High School in New Mexico
-Lettered in volleyball, women’s basketball and track & field
-Specialized in the throwing events with her best being in the javelin
-Won the state title in the javelin with a personal-best throw of 136-0.00 feet
-Was also second in the discus at the NMAA 6A state championship with a mark of 116-2.00 feet
