Grant and Drayden Earn First-Place Finishes In First Indoor Meet

2016-17
-In indoors, took home first place in the triple jump at the Purple Tiger Invitational at 14.86 meters
-Finished 29th in the 60-meter dash prelims at the Purple Tiger Invitational at 7.21
-During the outdoor season, finished sixth in long jump at the C-USA Outdoor Championships at 7.22 meters
-Jumped a career-best mark of 7.25 meters in long jump at the Bobcat Classic and finished fourth
-Placed ninth in triple jump at the C-USA Outdoor Championships at 14.63 meters
-Was a part of the 4x100-meter relay team that finished fifth at the C-USA Outdoor Championships at 40.84

2015-16
-Was 28th in the 100-meter dash at the Baylor Invitational
-Placed 10th in long jump (7.10 meters - season-best) at the C-USA outdoor championships
-Was 12th in triple jump at the C-USA outdoor championships
-Was a part of the 4x100-meter relay team, placed fifth at the C-USA outdoor championships

- took second place in the 300m in the first meet of the year, the Jacksons Open (36.53)
-logged an exceptional performance in the jumps in the Jacksons Invite with third place in the long jump (22-7.75 / 6.90m) and fourth place in the triple jump (46-7.25 / 14.20m)
-competed in the 200m at the Ed Jacoby Invite, took eighth (22.67)
-fifth place in the long jump (20-9.25 / 6.33m) at the Boise State Challenge
-Eighth place at the MW Indoor Championships in the triple jump (47-11.25 / 14.61m)
Outdoor 
- Took seventh in the long jump with a 22-0.25 (6.71m) at the Sun Angel Classic and eighth in the triple jump (46-2/14.07m)
-Leaped a 22-9.25 (6.94m) at the Oregon Relays in the long jump and placed second in the triple jump (47-5/14.45m)
-took third in the long jump at the BYU Robison Invitational (22-10.75 / 6.98m)
-jumped 22-2.50 (6.77m) in the long jump at the Idaho-Utah Border Clash
-ran the third leg in the 4x100m and recorded the team's fastest time of the year (40.94) at the MW Outdoor Championships.
