Connor Meier is in his first year as the Mean Green's assistant athletic director for development.
Meier comes to UNT after spending the last four years at the University of Tulsa, most recently as assistant athletic director for development. At Tulsa, Meier oversaw all annual fundraising campaigns for the Golden Hurricane Club, and was responsible for more than $11 million in annual gifts during his time there. In addition he managed the premium seating program for H.A. Chapman Stadium's 23 suites and 425 club seats.
Prior to Meier's time in Tulsa, he was an athletic development graduate assistant with Kansas State Athletics and aided in the coordination of the Ahearn Fund's annual fundraising campaign with a goal of $12.7 million in donations and 7,700 total members. In addition, he has also served as a development assistant with the University of Minnesota (2010-11) and the University of Tulsa (2009-10).
Meier earned his bachelor's degree in sport management from Wichita State University in 2010, and his MBA from Kansas State University in 2015.
