Supervised Study Hall

Supervised study hall is a monitored study program designed to provide student-athletes with organized study/tutoring time in a flexible environment conducive to successful learning. Study sessions are required for all first semester freshmen, transfer student-athletes, student-athletes with a cumulative GPA below 2.0 and any student-athlete whom the appropriate coaching staff and the Academic Advisor believe would benefit from the experience. Study hours are totaled weekly, and reported to the appropriate coach. The ultimate goal of supervised study is to assist student-athletes in developing their intellectual and academic potential and to familiarize the student with all services offered by the academic center.
