DENTON, Texas (11/19/09) - The North Texas athletic department is always busy in the days leading up to a home football game. This week is busier than ever with numerous activities going on prior to Saturday's football game against Army. Yesterday, the tent for the stadium groundbreaking ceremony went up on the north side of the athletic center.

The groundbreaking for the new football stadium is set for 11 a.m. on Saturday morning. Mean Green supporters are invited to attend. A commemorative souvenir will be given to the first 500 fans in attendance.
