2012: Jimmerson rushed for the most yards by a freshman at North Texas since 2004 with 544 yards in 2012….Led North Texas with five rushing touchdowns and a total of eight TD’s on the season…..He finished with 749 all-purpose yards…. Rushed for 35 yards and had two catches against Arkansas State....Jimmerson had 85 yards and one rushing touchdowns against Middle Tennessee...In the win against Louisiana-Lafayette, Jimmerson had two receptions, both which resulted in touchdowns to swing the game. He scored the game-winning touchdown on a 78-yard screen pass with less than two minutes in the game....His first touchdown came on a 28-yard screen pass....Jimmerson finished with 106 yards receiving and two touchdowns in addition to 35 yards rushing.....He had one touchdown run against Houston. Had a career-long 37-yard reception in the win at Florida Atlantic.....Ran for 75 yards against Troy and had 68 yards against Kansas State.....Grabbed two passes for 28 yards against Kansas State.... Was a District 11-5A First-Team selection his senior season … Rushed for 714 yards and eight touchdowns and had a rushing average of 6.8 yards per carry as a senior … Caught eight passes out of the backfield for 156 yards … Was a key part in helping lead DeSoto to a deep playoff run as he rushed for three touchdowns in its four playoff games … Was a second-team all-district selection his junior and sophomore seasons.
