Last week, North Texas rolled cross-town rival SMU in a preview of what Mean Green Volleyball fans can expect this fall. Today, we’re going to give you yet another peak into the fall season by introducing you to a couple of players from North Texas’ signing class. We caught up with Kaci Eaton (MB, Lake Travis High School) and Carnae Dillard (OH, San Antonio Johnson High School) and got their thoughts on the future of the Mean Green. Next time we will let you meet Tayler Whittington (MB, Sherman High School) and Katie Dudding (MB, Amarillo Randall High School), who will also be joining the Mean Green this fall. Kaci Eaton - MB - Lake Travis High School Head coach Ken Murczek - “The leader of her club team as a left side player, Kaci transitioned to the middle for Lake Travis’ state-title run and was a standout. She is another versatile player that can help North Texas in all six rotations.”
Carnae Dillard - OH - Lady Bird Johnson High School Murczek - “She is probably the most decorated player that North Texas has recruited in the last five years. The progress she has made on defense and serve-receive will help her make a smooth transition to the college game.” |
