Sarah McCance begins her first full year as the coordinator of the Mean Green Club after serving the previous year as a marketing and promotions intern for the North Texas Athletics Department. Before moving to Denton in 2009, McCance received her bachelor's degree in marketing with a minor in finance from the University of Wyoming. At Wyoming, she served as a marketing intern in the athletic department and was also a member and captain of the co-ed cheerleading program over the course of her collegiate career. The Cheyenne, Wyo., native also spent one season with Kroenke Sports Enterprises in Denver, Colo., assisting in corporate sales and partnership marketing. At North Texas, McCance is responsible for coordinating special events to celebrate Mean Green Club members and donors. She will also assist in the accumulation and retention of annual fund members towards Mean Green athletics. |
