Jon Burkett is in his fourth year as the Director of the Mean Green Club. He comes to North Texas from Ohio University where he was the graduate assistant for annual giving for the College of Health and Human Services. Burkett is a 2006 graduate of Indiana University. While in Bloomington, he began his career in athletic development as an intern for the Indiana University Varsity Club. Burkett was also very active with the Association of Student Sport Management Professionals and a member of Student Athletic Board. He received both his Master’s of Business Administration and Master’s of Sports Administration from Ohio University in 2007 and 2008 respectively. A native of Bloomfield, Indiana, Burkett moved to Denton in July of 2008. |
