Will Call Procedures
Football Will Call - Home Games General Will Call– General will call includes any purchases made through the Athletic Ticket Office or through Ticketmaster. Tickets purchased through the North Texas Ticket Office must be picked up at Gate 2 Will Call. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be picked up at any ticket window with the credit card used for purchased. The main ticket office opens at 9 a.m. on game days and remains open until the conclusion of halftime. A picture I.D. is required to redeem all will call orders.
North Texas Player Guest Tickets – Will call for guests of North Texas student athletes is located at Gate 2, on the west side of Apogee Stadium. Player guest will call opens 1 ½ hours before kickoff on game days and remains open until the conclusion of halftime. Individuals are only allowed to claim the ticket left under their name. A picture I.D. is required to redeem any will call tickets.
Visiting Team Player Guest Tickets – Visiting team will call is located at Gate 4 on the east side of Apogee Stadium. Will call for the visiting team opens 1 ½ hours before kickoff on game days and is staffed by the visiting team’s institution. A Picture I.D. is required in order to redeem any will call tickets.
High School Coach Tickets – High school coaches who wish to utilize their two complimentary tickets to a North Texas football game must make arrangements prior to game day. Arrangements can be made by contacting the North Texas Football Office at (940) 565-3653. High school coaches will call is located at Gate 2 on the west side of Apogee Stadium. High school coaches will call opens 1 ½ hours before kickoff and will remain open until the conclusion of halftime. A picture I.D. and a Texas High School Coaches I.D. card are required in order to redeem any will call tickets.
Recruit Tickets – Will Call for football recruits is located in the Lobby of the Athletic Center on the south side of Apogee Stadium. Recruit will call opens 1 ½ hours before kickoff on game days and remains open until the conclusion of halftime. Unofficial recruits are allowed up to 3 tickets which may be utilized by any guest(s) and recruit. Official recruits are allowed 1 ticket for him/herself, as well as each parent/guardian (maximum of 2) being allowed 1 ticket. A picture I.D. is required in order to redeem any will call tickets. Recruit will call for all other sports will be located at Gate 2.
Football Will Call - Away Games Will Call for away games will be held at the North Texas Athletic Ticket Office until the close of business on the Thursday prior to gameday. After this time W/Call for Away Games can be picked up at the Visitng Team Will Call location of the host school. Will Call Locations:
Softball Will Call Will call at Lovelace Stadium is located at the stadium’s main entrance. All North Texas and visiting team will call can be redeemed at the entry gate. Will call opens one hour before the start of the contest and will remain open through the 4th inning of a single-header and through the 2nd inning of the 2nd game of double-headers. A picture I.D. is required in order to redeem any will call tickets.
Soccer Will Call Will call at the Mean Green Soccer Field is located at the stadium’s main entrance. All North Texas and visiting team will call can be redeemed at the entry gate. Will call opens one hour before the start of the contest and remains open until the conclusion of halftime. A picture I.D. is required in order to redeem any will call tickets.
Volleyball Will Call Will call at the Mean Green Volleyball Center is located at the main entrance. All North Texas and visiting team will call can be redeemed at the entrance doors. Will call opens one hour before the start of the contest and remains open until the conclusion of the second game. A picture I.D. is required in order to redeem any will call tickets.
