DENTON, Texas (3/14/13) - North Texas track & field will kick-off the outdoor season at the TCU Invitational this Saturday. North Texas track & field is coming off second place finishes at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships. The men finished second to Western Kentucky with 126 points while the woman missed first-place by just five points. The TCU Invitational will begin at 10:30 a.m. with the men's discus and the women's high jump with running events will follow at 12:30 p.m. The hammer throw, javelin throw and women's discus will be performed on Thursday afternoon.
