Pit Crew The Pit Crew is the official student section for North Texas Basketball. There is a reason that North Texas Basketball has a 63-12 home record since the 2006-07 season. It's because of the Mean Green students who are loud and proud and give the Super Pit the reputation as being an intimidating place to play. Students can visit the Pit Crew Staging Area at Gate B before tip-off at all Men’s Basketball games. Students are encouraged to get there as early as possible so that they can get their Mean Green giveaways as well as receive the cheer sheet. Also, students can receive newspapers to use for visiting team introductions. The Pit Crew area will close just after tip-off. The Pit Crew needs you, so make sure you become part of the excitement of Mean Green Basketball! See you at the game! Click here for the Pit Crew photo album.
