Earned a third-team All-Sun Belt Conference selection; his second career All-SBC nod … Ranks 11th in NT history with 1,244 career points, and was just the 18th player in program history to reach the 1,000 point mark … Tied Tristan Thompson with a team-high 14.5 points per game, but topped Thompson overall by one point (479 total) … Played more minutes than any other player in school history - 1,183 … Became the first NT player to record multiple 1,000 minute seasons  … Was one of just three Sun Belt players to average at least 14.5 points per game and 3.5 assists per game … Became the 15th NT player to post multiple 400-point seasons … His 242 career assists rank ninth in NT history … Ranked 222nd in the NCAA with his 3.5 assists per game  … Ranked third in the Sun Belt in minutes per game at 35.8 … His 85.1 career free throw percentage ranks second in NT history … Has 145 career 3-pointers, which is the fifth most in Mean Green history … Has 65 career double-digit scoring games … Posted a career-high 35 points in the double-overtime win at UT Arlington.

2007-08

Named to the Freshman Mid-Major All-America team by CollegeInsider.com, as well as CollegeHoops.net Second Team Mid-Major All-Freshman squad … Selected the Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year, making him the first North Texas player to earn the award since Chris Davis in 2000 … Also earned second-team All-Sun Belt honors … Was the highest scoring freshman and ranked 12th overall in the Sun Belt with a team-high 13.9 points per game … His 404 total points made him just the sixth freshman (and 36th player overall) in school history to top the 400-point plateau … Was recognized by ESPNs Kyle Whelliston as one the nation’s top six mid-major freshman of the South … With two selections, White was one of only four players in the Sun Belt Conference to earn multiple Player of the Week awards … Ranked fourth in the Sun Belt and 50th in the nation with a team-best 84.8 (123-of-145) percent mark from the free-throw line … At his best against top competition, White averaged 26.5 points on 59.3 percent shooting against two Big XII opponents … He poured in 25 points in the win over Oklahoma State in just his second collegiate game, and followed that with 28 points at Texas … Set the school record for season 3-point percentage at 45.8 percent … Ranked second on the team with 44 assists … Started 28 games as a freshman.

Christian Life Academy

Was named a three-time Louisiana All-State selection at point guard for Christian Life … Named the 10th-best player in the state of Louisiana by Rivals.com … Led Christian Life Academy to back-to-back 1A state titles … Earned the state’s Most Outstanding Player award by the Louisiana Sportswriters Association as a senior … Averaged 25.3 points, 7.0 assists and 4.0 steals per game in his final year … In the playoffs, White helped Christian Life cruise to a 33.6 point margin of victory in the team’s six playoff wins, including a pair of 50-plus point wins … Earned District 7-1A MVP honors in each of the last three years  … Selected by the Baton Rouge Advocate as the All-Metro Most Outstanding Player in 2006 and 2007 … Was the MVP of the state’s Top 28 Tournament in each of the last two seasons and the overall state MVP in 2007 … Averaged over 24 points per game over his four year varsity career … Had 1A Christian Life ranked as the fourth-best team in the state regardless of classification according to MaxPreps.com … Was twice named to the Advocate’s Star of Stars squad … Has been part of two national and eight state championships in club and high school competition … Nominee for Louisiana’s Mr. Basketball and for the McDonald’s All-America team.
